What forms of payment due you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Will I be charged sales tax?
All New Mexico residents will be charged 7.875% during checkout.

What are your shipping fees?
We offer complimentary shipping on any orders over $250

  • There is a flat rate fee of $15 for all orders under $250

  • Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please email us for more information at customercare@kabana925.com.

Can I create a user account?
You will have the option of creating a user account during checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us at customercare@kabana925.com within 24 hours to cancel or change your order. 

Can I change my order?
Please contact us at customercare@kabana925.com within 24 hours to change or modify your order. Requests or changes made after 24 hours may not be honored.

How can I track my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details and a tracking number. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received the item. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Once we receive your item, we will process your return.

How do I initiate a return?
Please email us at customercare@kabana925.com to initiate the return process. We will give you instructions on how and where to ship your return. 

When will I receive my return?
Once your items are received and your return is processed, you can expect to receive your funds to the original form of payment in 5-7 business days depending upon your bank.

 

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We ship within the continental U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all orders via FedEx 2Day

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time due to carrier restrictions.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Once your order is processed, produced and shipped, please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order. Holidays and inclement weather may cause shipping delays. 

Is a signature required upon delivery?
Yes, a signature is required for all orders.

**WARRANTY & REPAIRS**

What is your warranty?
Each Kabana jewelry piece is handcrafted to provide a lifetime of satisfaction, guaranteed to be free of manufacturer’s defects for life or we’ll repair the piece at our expense.

At the same time, everyday wear and tear over time may necessitate a non-warranty repair to a treasured jewelry piece. We will inspect your piece and provide you with a repair estimate.

Do you repair or replace jewelry?
Kabana has a full service repair department able to repair damage or wear of any kind to any piece of Kabana jewelry. We offer cleaning, refurbishing and replacement of damaged stones. 

Can I have my jewelry repaired by another repairs’ department?
Please note, per Kabana’s certificate of authenticity, once a piece has been worked on by anyone other than Kabana, the warranty is void.

 

GIFTS, GIFT CARDS & PROMOTIONS

Do you offer gift wrapping?
All of our jewelry arrives gift-ready with a small moleskin bag, cleaning cloth and jewelry cloth 

Do you offer gift cards?
At this time we are unable to accept gift cards.
